Arrival & Dismissal
We all are impacted by school traffic, whether we are trying to get our children to school, trying to get to work, living in the neighborhood, or just passing through during pick-up and drop-off activities. Please see the District's Safe Routes to School Website for a number of suggestions to help limit the congestion and get your child to/from school in a safe manner.

South Yard supervision starts at 8:15 a.m. Therefore, students should arrive at school no earlier than 8:15 a.m. If children do come earlier, parents should remain with them until the South or North Yard Supervisor arrives. If a student does arrive at school earlier than these times, they may not enter the Blacktop.
The warning bell will ring at 8:25am, signaling students to line-up. On the first day of the week, K-5th grade students will line up in the south yard for our weekly morning gathering to start off the week as one school, one community. On all other days, classrooms in the annex building will line up in front of the annex building.
Kindergartners – Please meet your students in the front of the school.
Main Building – Students will be lined up on the Primary/South Yard on their classroom letter. If you walk to pick up your child, please enter through the gate to meet your child. If you drive to pick up your child, teachers will bring them out to the flag pole area to meet your vehicle.
Annex Building – Students will be lined up on the North Yard on their classroom letter. If you drive to pick up your child, teachers will bring them out to the flag pole area to meet your vehicle.
Please pick up your child(ren) immediately at dismissal time. Those students not picked up will be returned to the school to wait quietly in the hall until a parent arrives. Parents should notify the office immediately, if they will be delayed.

Por favor recoja a sus hijos inmediatamente al tiempo de la salida. Aquellos estudiantes que no sean recogidos serán devueltos a la escuela para que esperen en silencio en el pasillo hasta que llegue un padre. Los padres deben notificar a la oficina inmediatamente si serán retrasados.
